Customer Liaison Adviser
Based in Cheadle
Upto £15K, Realistic OTE £20K (Uncapped)Responsible for maximising the company's revenue through the capture of
Personal Injury (allocation or conversion). Liaising with external customers with
regards to possible injury claims. Handling updates from solicitors in different
formats (email, post etc).
Impact/Scope of Accountability
" Responsible for allocating solicitors to Personal Injury claimsEducation and Professional Qualifications
" GCSE (or equivalent) - C+ for English and MathsExperience
" Must have experience in working in a sales environmentKnowledge and Skills
" Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
" Self motivated
" Excellent sales skills
" Excellent customer service skills
