Our client is looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their busy and successful team. Working with the Branch Manager Consultants and Administrators to:-
- Locate and secure candidates for positions
- Carry out required reference checking.
- Build and maintain a database of available candidates
- Generate and complete all necessary paperwork for transmission to accounts Maximise % margin when filling vacancies
- Ensure company recruitment procedures are followed at all times
- Obtain candidate appraisals when finishing a contract
- Ensure non conformance reports are completed when appropriate
- Management of candidate database i.e. duplications
- Advert response sheets are collated and filled out correctly at all times.
The Person:
Preferably they are looking for a graduate, somebody with experience within the recruitment industry, telesales or a customer services role.
Also working knowledge of a specialised sector would be desirable.
