Temporary HR Advisor – Stretford - £13ph
12th May 2008 – 6th March 2009We require an individual who has the skills and competence to provide employee relations advice and support to senior managers and HR staff within services. Ideally CIPD qualified (or currently working towards this qualification), the individual will have significant direct experience of advising on complex HR issues. Policy development and/or project work will form part of this role and the individual will also be responsible for the management and maintenance of redeployment cases.
We require an effective communicator who has the ability to build relationships and trust whilst having the confidence to influence and challenge decisions when necessary. An individual with a strong strategic HR focus, who is able to work under pressure and deliver impressive results in a fast changing environment, is sought, who in addition, should be prepared to share learning and good practice across the organisation.
