A key team member for the Cental Reservations. Able to stand in for the Supervisor when required and take ownership of the team's performance.
The job is handling lots of customer enquires identify needs and tailioring the car rental to suit these needs. There's good people skills needed here as there's lots of liasion with many varied groups of people.
Good computer skills- Outlook - lots of emails, letters and documents to handle.
