Site Services Operator, No Experience Required, Full Training Given

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join a busy reprographics
company, to provide and maintain a high quality/customer focused document
printing and mailing service.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

" Proficient IT skills (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, email)
" Knowledge of mailing machines and operational experience.
" Excellent communication skills.
" Ability to work on own initiative and a flexible working approach.
" Mailroom experience would be an advantage, however, full training
will be given
" Producing work according to specification & schedule. Including
booking in of work, preparations, reprographic production, scanning, binding,
regular stock level checks, packaging and delivery of completed work back to
the clients.
" To ensure all postal documents are managed through the sorting, to
delivery process
" Help solve operational problems quickly and efficiently, and carry out
basic maintenance tasks as required.

The role is a front line customer facing position, with the Operator being the
main regular face-to-face contact the customer has with the Company. 
Therefore, customer service as well as technical ability is required. The role
holder will need to be competent within the reprographics printing environment
and produce work to high standards, operating as a first line fix for any machine
problems.

This role will include shifts working up until 6.00 pm
