We are currently looking for an Account Manager to join our busy Sales Team. Your responsibilities will to be responsible for the monthly revenue generated from dealing with existing customers and converting sales enquiries into sales.
Duties Include:
· To manage existing customers to maximum spend by selling components, peripherals and full systems solutions to IT trade, B2C, and B2B customers.
· To build relationships with the customer(s) to understand current and future business requirements, including long term strategies.
· New business acquisition.
· Ensuring the company is involved in quotation and tender processes for a complete range of industries.
· Pro-activity selling via outbound telephone contacts and via face to face where applicable.
· Log and collate customer information to assist in creation of marketing campaigns to aid both customer and prospect data bases.
· Communication industry and product knowledge to the benefit of the customer.
The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with proven account management experience within a fast moving sales environment, preferably within a high tech industry sector. You will be target driven, pro-active, able to work on own initiative and proficient in the use of techniques to prospect sales. You will have the ability to negotiate at all levels, be reliable, dependable, focused and committed to succeed monthly targets.
