- Based in Liverpool
- Salary: £30 - £35K
- An established and successful IT company with an extensive range of self-manufactured and brand name products and a small internal sales team.
THE ROLE
As Senior Sales Manager / Director of Sales you will be responsible for identifying potential Education, Re-Seller, SME & Corporate clients, trends and opportunities and ensuring the internal sales team are fully utilised to achieve business plan objectives and increase sales.
Managing a team of 8 sales staff you will be responsible for setting targets and KPI's, and working with the team both as a group and individuals to ensure the targets are met.
THE CANDIDATE
Ideally from an IT Internal Sales Management background you will have a thorough understanding of outbound telephone sales techniques, target setting, mentoring and customer relationship management.
THE REWARD
