Customer Service With Flair

Our client has over 30 years experience in cosmetic surgery and is now looking

for an experienced customer service advisor to join there small but friendly

team.

Key Duties:

To provide their customers with a fantastic customer experience.

To build rapport and remove any anxiety by utilising your product knowledge.

To book quality appointments through service and sales ethos.

Target Driven, to ensure that patient coordinators have full diaries.

To make outbound calls to follow up email enquires.

Working on a shift rota between the hours 8.30am to 8.30pm

Working one weekend out of 3/4

The person:

Must be able to have empathy for the clients, a good listener and be able to

make good solid appointments.
