Customer Service Advisor

Our client is a leading global distributor of chemical products and services.

With strong financial foundations and continuous investment being made into

their manufacturing sites and distribution services, our client is well placed to

supply the total chemical requirements their clients.

Due to expansion they are now looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join

their successful team.

The Role:

The job will entail daily handling and processing of customer orders received

from customers either by telephone, fax, or email.

You will have daily contact with customers and processing of orders     

Obtaining and documenting all relevant information from customer orders.         

Communicating possible delays to customers at the earliest opportunity 

Calculating and providing prices for products to customers.

Filing of completed customer orders.

Direct Administration support for Account Managers.

Leasing with customers regarding packaging returns

Weekly Review meetings with assigned Account Manager        

Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
