My name is Shelly Todman - I have been in recruitment 6 years - I started as a Resourcer then moved to a large international agency in Manchester City Centre and developed a busy commercial temp desk.  I then moved to an independant city centre agency again doing perms.

Just one year ago I made a really good move and joined NES Recuitment here in Sale again doing commerical perms - I have not looked back since. 
NES Recruitment is privately owned and has been established over 22 years - there's lots of candidates that know us - we've helped them get new jobs at several points in their careers.  We have a very good response to our own website and from various job boards too.

We have long standing clients and have brought on many new ones too.

My targets are fair and once I've hit them I get a generous percentage of the excess.

My Director says thanks on a regular basis and gives praise, encouragement and training.  Your anniversary with the company is recognised too.

Don't get me wrong it's recruitment and there's always the challenging days - it's not all perfect - but it's the best move I've ever made.

We are a team of 3 but would like to be a team of 4.
