    Duties:

    ·                    PA experience at Senior Management level providing a confidential and high quality support service to the Sales and Customer Service Management and teams and ensure best use of management time and cost effective use of resources

    ·                    Filter and deal with incoming communications and requests and pro-actively manage issues on behalf of the management and their teams where appropriate

    ·                    Provide supporting admin when necessary

    ·                    Organise travel itineraries and hotel accommodation for management and teams efficiently and in the most cost effective way possible

    ·                    Diary management, including organisation of regular and one off meetings, to ensure best use of management and team time where applicable

    ·                    Data collection, collation and presentation in appropriate formats

    ·                    Ad-hoc project participation which may include research and analysis and / or database maintenance and administration

    ·                    Arranging buffers and booking meeting rooms

    ·                    Raise purchase orders where necessary

    ·                    Reception cover on occasion

     

    Personal Skills

    ·                    Strong communicator

    ·                    Be use to exercising a strong degree of confidentiality

    ·                    Excellent accuracy and speed with attention to detail

    ·                    Use of initiative on incoming issues, thereby reducing management workload

    ·                    Anticipation of requirements of the management and team

    ·                    Can prioritise emails and other communications

    ·                    Exercise experience and good common sense when booking travel, accommodation and conference options

    ·                    Mail merge

     

    Qualifications

    ·                    GCSE minimum

    ·                    Strong results in English, other languages would be useful

    ·                    RSA qualifications or similar

     

    Computer Skills

    Microsoft Word

    Good knowledge of Outlook – Used extensively for booking meetings etc

    PowerPoint

    Basic Excel

     

    Would be an Advantage, But full training would be provided if necessary

    Siebel

    SAP

    SRM
