Salary: £14,500 + Excellent Benefits
This position involves the training & development of the reception team and reporting to the Reception Manager.
Hotel reception experience is essential. Applicants will either have be a team leader or reception supervisor looking for a new challenge or have a good level of Reception experience with a Four or Five star property and be looking for your next promotion.
Along with your reception duties, training and development of your team, planning rotas and assisting where necessary with reservations and other front of house duties you will also have the opportunity to conduct show arounds with potential clients therefore this role requires someone who is extremely professional and presentable with excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure in a customer focused environment.
