Experienced Branch Manager required to drive successful team of consultants in the Industrial arm of the 3rd largest industrial labour provider in the UK. Greater Manchester high street location.
You will have to be hands on:
Training, coaching and developing business. The branch manager is expected to cover all aspects of the branch, including rewards, KPI s, target setting, forecasting, while also visiting and presenting to clients.
To be considered you'll need to be corporate, professional and credible keen to build the business and work with major clients. It s important to have the aptitude to get on the phone and be consultative. This is the full recruitment cycle, managing the process from end to end
