Main purpose of Role:
To make outbound calls to identify members of the public who have suffered from a personal injury in the last 3 years. Gain an insight into the type of accident and injuries the customer has suffered. Explore a convenient time for a Claims Investigator to visit the customer. The Claims Investigator will then visit and assist the customer to progress a legal claim for compensation.
Skills Required:- Ability to communicate clearly, confidently and assertively on the telephone to people from all sectors of society.
- Demonstrate correct use of grammar.
- Have good interpersonal skills, which demonstrate your ability to
- Build a strong professional rapport with the customer.
- Motivated to meet targets and driven to exceed them.
- Detail conscious – to be able to identify core criteria required for potential qualification of a compensation claim and comply with LAB policies and procedures for booking provisional appointments for Claims Investigators.
- Resilient in nature to personally manage the number of calls that will not result in a qualified lead.
- Demonstrate good questioning and listening skills.
- Basic keyboard proficiency.
- Literate & Numerate.
- Influencing skills.
- Adaptable to change.
- Consistently high standard of time keeping and attendance.
- Smart & Professional appearance.
