The person:
You will be responsible for generating fees and maximising the profitability of your own specialist market, using professional sales skills to develop strong relationships with your client base and candidates.
Your role will be extremely varied and will include:
* Pro-actively developing relationships with your clients through regular contact, face-to-face meetings and providing a high quality recruitment service * Identifying and developing new clients through commercial activity * Extensive direct marketing of candidates and recruitment solutions to your clients * Interviewing a wide variety of candidates and providing a consultative service to find them the right job.
